Customer satisfaction
All problems and misunderstandings can be worked out. If there is a problem with your order, please email info@bohemiaheadwear.co.uk or call 01582 750083 and we will put it right.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error, or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on that incorrect price — whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If something you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you, and if you do not wish to wait we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 14 days, in the condition they were sold. Full details, including exchanges and the return address, are on our delivery and returns page.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our website, online or offline. You can also place an order over the phone on 01582 750083.
Your order confirmation email serves as your official receipt. Because orders are often sent as gifts, we do not include any paperwork showing prices in the parcel.

We understand how important it is to keep your information private. When you place an order we collect only basic details — your name, address and email — and use them to process and deliver your order, to answer queries or complaints, to send information about new products and promotions if you have opted in to our newsletter, and to review our own products and services. Under GDPR this is lawful use under Article 6(1)(b).
